Returns and Refunds Policy

At TAKALA | Ethnic Curator, we respect and value every customer. Because your trust is important to us, we want you to be completely happy with every purchase. If you are not satisfied, for any reason, we are glad to accept returns of saleable items for a refund or exchange. Refunds will be credited to the original form of payment. The following rules apply:

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of receipt.
  • Returned items should be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn, undamaged, saleable, with original tags and packaging (if applicable).
  • Special orders or personalized items, and items identified as “final sale” cannot be returned.
  • TAKALA | Ethnic Curator reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to determine if returned items is in saleable condition.

Please allow 10 to 14 days for processing your return.

Returning by Mail
You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the items to us. Please send the items at the following address:

We cannot be held responsible for the items damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the items or proof of received return delivery.

Returning in Store
Eligible items may be return to TAKALA | Ethnic Curator store for credit within 7 days of the delivery date. Bring the items and show your payment receipt (from in-store purchases or online receipts) to any store sales associate.

Returning Gifts
If the items were marked as a gift when purchased and then shipped directly to you, You’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned product is received, then we’ll send you a gift certificate. If the items weren’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give it to you later, we will send the refund to the gift giver.

Cancel Orders
Please get in touch with our customer support right away if you accidentally placed the wrong order to ensure that the wrong items haven’t already been sent to you. If the items have already been shipped, follow the Returns and Refunds Policy above.

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event we make a change to or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or phone number provided at the time the order was made.

Occasionally there may be information on our sites that contains inaccuracies, or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, offers, and availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions and to change or update information or cancel orders if any information on the sites is inaccurate at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order).

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of our products that appear at the sites. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor’s display of any color will be accurate.
