Batik Lereng Liris

Batik Lereng Liris consists of diagonal rows of drizzling rain and coiling vines. The Lereng motif depicted with coiling vines diagonally is inspired by the mountain slopes when members of the Kartasura Palace fled to meditate for revelation. Whereas Liris is Javanese meaning drizzling rain. Combination of the two patterns symbolize determination and courage to be able to face a problem.
