Batik Jumputan originated from China. Because of the Silk Trade in the past, India trader brought and developed the batik in Indonesia. This batik uses tie-dye coloring techniques without using wax like batik in general. Batik Jumputan reminds us about the importance of accepting our own culture and other cultures so that we can respect each other, adapt and create timeless beauty.
