Brigadier Daheng Postcard

Rp15.000

Since 1763, Brigadier Daheng has served as one of the soldiers of the Yogyakarta Palace. In Makassar, the title “Daheng” is one of nobility. Philosophically, Daheng refers to brave elite warriors, like Makassar soldiers who fought the Dutch in the past. These soldiers are distinguished by their white feathered black pointed hats and white long sleeve uniforms with red patches on the chest. Weapons include kris, spears, rifles, and pennant commando swords.
