Frog Mask (Topeng Kodok)

The Frog Mask is used in the Tari Kodok (Frog Dance). The dance originates from Baturan village in Gianyar, Bali. Frog dance is taught to children in the village to be preserved. This dance mimics the behaviour of frogs. Frogs are animals that live in both land and water, symbolizing someone who has two sides of life.
