Green Bodhisattva

A Bodhisattva is someone who has made a resolution to become a Buddha and has received confirmation or a prediction from a living Buddha that this will occur. The presence of a special lotus flower at the base of the Buddha sculpture indicates that this style was specifically crafted in the Majapahit Kingdom.
