Mini Mbaru Rona Dot

Waerebo’s traditional house is constructed in a cone-like shape. People in Flores always separates men’s and women’s rooms, especially when carrying out traditional processions, including the bathing place. This is done to maintain chastity. This sculpture is Mbaru Rona, which is a man’s house, is used for traditional processions as heir to the throne, rank as husband and father, including a place to store heirlooms. The horn symbol is always employed to convey bravery.
