The original Sidomukti motif is a traditional Solo (Surakarta) pattern featuring checkered containing symbols such as the Garuda, butterflies, or temples—each representing happiness and prosperity. On the other hand, the buket kembang or buketan motif is a typical Pekalongan batik, influenced by European styles and often associated with beauty and elegance. This particular batik piece is a fusion of the two: it combines the earthy brown sogan base color typical of Javanese batik with the classic Sidomukti motif from Solo and the European-inspired buketan design from Pekalongan
